Mr. Jimmin J Kurichiyil is the passionate founder and the master brain behind Acemoney. He has more than 18 years of experience as an entrepreneur and innovator. He has rich knowledge and immense expertise in product conceptualization, designing and management. He loves to take up challenges and is capable of guiding the team towards identifying the market possibilities and forecasting the market demands. Mr. Jimmin holds a B Tech graduation in IT and he is a post graduate in MBA.

Wg. Cdr. Shashank Naidu is the Director – Operations of our Company. He has been associated with Radiant group since August 7, 2006. He holds a master’s degree of science in Mathematics from the Osmania University, Post Graduate Diploma degree in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. He has over 26 years of experience in the Indian Air Force. Since the time of amalgamation, he has been leading Acemoney with his insightful knowledge and experience.

Ms. Nimisha J Vadakkan is an award-winning entrepreneur. She leads one of the pioneering fintech companies from Kerala, Acemoney, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown in 2020. Ms. Nimisha is so enthusiastic about the digital financial advancements happening around the globe that she identified the need to open a platform where people have seamless access to modern banking and payment solutions. With her immense experience and vast knowledge, Ms. Nimisha makes purposeful efforts to empower upcoming entrepreneurs and do workshops and talk sessions to guide them on the right path. She is a software engineer and she is also a MBA graduate in HR.

Mr. Alexander David is the non-executive director of our company. He has been associated with Radiant Acemoney since its amalgamation time. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Jeppiaar Engineering College, Anna University and a master’s degree of science in management from the Imperial College, London. He has over 8 years of experience in operations.

Lt. Gen Devraj Anbu is an Independent Director on the Board of the Holding Company, M/s. Radiant Cash Management Services Limited. He has over 35 years of experience in the Indian Army and was the Vice Chief of Army Staff (No.2 in Army), General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Northern Command (Army Commander) and General Officer Commanding Corps (Corps Commander). He has been awarded with the Sena Medal, Yudh Seva Medal, Ati Vishisht Seva Medal Uttam Yudh Seva Medal and Param Vishisht Seva Medal in the past.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Sarangi is an Independent Director on the Board of the Holding Company M/s. Radiant Cash Management Services Limited. He has 32 years of experience with the Reserve Bank of India and retired as Chief General Manager.

With over 32 years of diverse experience and a demonstrated history of working in Information Technology, Engineering, Mechanical, Construction, and Mining industries, he has led and managed almost all functions, including Marketing Management, Sales Management, Product Development, Channel Development, and Business Development in both Indian and Multinational companies. Exposure to many work cultures gained through working in different business environments and markets, right from Start-ups to Multibillion-Dollar International companies, has helped him learn and acquire knowledge of creating and managing new businesses successfully. He takes pride in staying in touch with customers whom he had met 2 decades ago for business.

Mr. Sunder Fernando is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since March 28, 2024 . He holds a master’s degree in Commerce from the Madurai Kamaraj University and holds membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with Indev Warehouse and Container Services Pvt. Ltd. as Manager Accounts, Seaport Shipping Private Limited as Finance Manager, Sea-Port Logistics Private Limited as Finance Controller, St. John Freight Systems Limited as Asst. General Manager - Finance and German Express Shipping Agency (India) Pvt. Ltd as General Manager

Mr. Unni K. S is a technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience across software engineering, DevOps, product development, and digital transformation. He has held diverse leadership and technical roles including Technical Account Manager, Software Engineer, Project Manager, DevOps Engineer, Technology Evangelist, and Founder, and has led cross-functional teams in building and scaling technology platforms in fast-paced environments. His expertise spans system architecture, cloud infrastructure, automation, and innovation-driven product strategy, with a strong focus on aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to deliver sustainable and impactful outcomes.

With more than 35 years of relevant experience, especially 22 years solely in Financial inclusion/ BC banking and network monetization, Mr. Dhiraj offers a wealth of knowledge in key account management, business development and forming strategic alliances. As Excecutive Vice President -Sales at Radiant Acemoney he is building alliances that go beyond transactions - partnerships rooted in trust; synergy and long term value creation. Over the years he has held various strategic roles including BLS services as Head FI- Govt. Banking and Network Monetization and Sr. Vice President - Operations in Fino Payment Bank where he spearheaded high impact alliances and lead from front the core sales on ground including network expansion.
